MEET THE COACH
Hi, I'm Tom.
It's great to meet you and thanks for stopping by.
Here's just a little bit about me and why I do what I do. I was born and raised as the youngest of 5 children in Adelaide South Australia, where I currently live with my wife and two kids.
My passion for teaching and helping others started over 25 years ago as I worked in the hospitality and retail industries, training and developing others.
In 1997, at the age of 21, I headed to China to teach English to post graduate students at a military University (an amazing experience!) This is when I knew that teaching and helping others to learn, grow and develop was my passion.
I then spent 12 months in London, in recruitment, helping people to make the right career choices. After returning to Australia, it was time to head back to University, where I completed a double degree in Human Resource Management and Tourism.
After graduating from Uni, I have worked with hundreds (if not thousands) of leaders, teams and individuals to grow and develop to be the best they can possibly be, across most industries.
My life adventures and experiences have given me a great understanding of people and insights into how people think, feel and behave.
