I’ve spent the past 18 + years helping leaders and teams grow — not just in what they do, but in how they think, show up, and lead. My work began inside organisations, helping teams lift performance and navigate the people challenges that come with growth and change. Over time, I realised the real transformation happens when leaders start doing the inner work — when they shift their thinking, challenge old patterns, and consciously choose the kind of leader they want to be. That’s what I focus on today through coaching. I help leaders upgrade their leadership identity, uncover blind spots, and create the clarity and confidence needed to lead with purpose and impact. My coaching style is practical, open, and grounded — I create a safe space for real conversations that lead to meaningful action and results. Just a few of the organisations I have worked with include BAE, Origin Energy, Beyond Bank, SA Power Networks, and local councils across South Australia. Every engagement has reinforced one belief: when leaders grow, everything around them grows too.
